This is an intensive level, packing 12 personal coaching sessions into a duration of only 8 weeks.

Additional coaching to complement Levels 1 & 2.
Highest Level, you are all in at this stage.
Gut health (Microbiome). Blood glucose and cholesterol.
Metabolic flexibility. Intermittent fasting (IF). Physical fitness plans.
